A booking is considered to have taken place through our website when payment has been received. Payment can be made either by credit/debit card or personal UK cheques.

If your card is rejected for any reason we will not be able to proceed with your booking until we receive clearance.

The pre-paid car parking email confirmation is non-transferable to another car and is only valid for the days shown.

You are requested on entry to present the confirmation email bearing the reference number.

Cancellations or changes to pre-bookings - We must receive notice of your cancellations either by email or phone at least 24 hours before the entry start date. We endeavour to refund the full amount paid (minus credit card charges) if we receive notice within 24 hours. There will be no refund if required advance notice is not given.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.

We will not share your information with any other organisations. Moreover we will not use your information to contact you in future for our marketing purposes. The information we collect is done solely to facilitate your purchase of a parking space.

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.
